SEACT (Southeast Association for the Continental Tradition)

I am one of the founding members of SEACT (The Southeast Association for the Continental Tradition) along with Tim Jussaume (St. Leo), Carolyn Culbertson (FGCU), Peter Westmoreland (St. Petersburg College), and Benjamin Young (USF).

We are organizing an annual conference as a means of building philosophical community and supporting the study of continental philosophy [broadly construed]. Our first meeting took place on Feb 28-29th at the Tampa campus of St. Leo University. More information can be found here
